A beautiful 73 degree day brought us to Yountville, CA for an early lunch at Bistro Jeanty in Yountville. This is a great little French Bistro that we have managed to visit every time we come. After some pigs feet, cow cheek and scallops, we headed off to Priest Ranch winery for a tasting and then to Mira Winery for another tasting. Mira is a new up and comer that Myra picked out for some odd reason. Napa has seen us coming as we can’t seem to get past the purchase wine to forgive the tasting charge scenario. Today was basic training as we will taste at four wineries beginning at 10:00am tomorrow. Until then….
