San Diego Zoo is one of those places I have always wanted to visit and one of the reasons for staying in the San Diego area. So at the crack of early we dropped Jazz off at the day spa and headed to San Diego. The Zoo was quite nice. The weather was very comfortable and cloudy and with the covid restrictions in place, it was not crowded. That was the good part. The bad if there was any is that you had to wear a mask at all times, outside. The had people with signs stationed throughout the park making sure you had a mask and that it was on correctly. This played hell with my picture taking since my glasses were constantly fogging up. Guess the tradeoff for less crowds was worth it.
