Saguaro National Park

Today we visited our first national park on the list which is Saguaro just outside Tuscon, AZ. We got there pretty early but not early enough to catch any decent lighting so the pictures came out a bit harsh. Our visit was to the Eastern part of the park as it was the closest. Very harsh beauty and a lot of cacti but worth the trip. We had a quick lunch at Oink cafe where they feature fresh pigeons as the name implies.

Heading out tomorrow for Yuma, AZ for leg 4. Hopefully the wind will have subsided and the ride will be pleasant. Just an overnighter here before Cali.
