The West Coast Loop is officially underway. With an earlier than anticipated departure due to weather and additional stopover, we arrived at Fort Stockton RV park about 6:30 this afternoon. Weather is windy with an occasional sprinkle. Tomorrow we will compete our Leg1b to Van Horn our original first day destination.

Since we have family in Fort Stockton, we have stayed here a few times. The park is easy to navigate and far enough from the interstate so there are limited noise issues. We only stayed for one night passing through and ate at the onsite restaurant. Good in a pinch for burgers and perhaps the chicken fry. They have a small dog park, pool and the standard amenities. The park has the standard ABC layout of the majority of RV parks. We camped at Fort Stockton RV Park in a Motorhome.
