As we had a couple extra days in Ogden, we decided to take a day trip to see the Great Salt Lake. We went to a nearby State Park called Antelope Island which was about a 40 minute drive from our RV Park and reminded us of San Angelo State Park. Many buffalo roam the island as well as some pronghorn deer and several species of birds. The area here like many others, is going through a drought and the Lake was extremely receded. Tomorrow we hit the first of the Utah 5 National Parks.
