Our second major holiday away from home and we are missing all our friends and family cooking out and enjoying not being in the crowds.

After yesterdays laundry day, today we went to the scenic Bay Area of Newport and had lunch at the Clearwater restaurant with a semi scenic view of the bay. As the crowds started rolling in we headed out and went to the beach at our site. The temps of 64 and sun made for a fantastic walk. Tonight its a counter-normal Independence Day dinner at the Pacific Kitchen on Nye Beach.
