Day 5 and we are in Kona still on the big island of Hawai’i. Although we did not do any excursions, we did take the tender to the isle for a little shopping and some Hawaiian shaved ice which was quite good. Its a bit overcast today so I am not optimistic about any decent sunset as we sail tonight for Kaua’i. Day 5 aboard the worlds only US cruise ship and we are wondering where the time has gone. Looking forward to our last week on Cook’s 1778 discovery. See how I stuck a little trivia in the post.

Even though we never leave the US, the connectivity at sea is a bit sparse so the photos are all pretty much of the canned selfie variety. I hope to post some others shots once we are off the boat.
